Becoming a Rec Referee
Thank you for giving your time and efforts to refereeing at Washington Soccer Academy!
Regardless of whether you are a seasoned veteran or a newly-qualified referee, we want to make sure that we as a club support your efforts and recognize the vital role you play in ensuring that all our players, parents, and coaches have a safe and enjoyable soccer experience.
Our Recreational Referee program is designed as an entry-level program to refereeing soccer - it's about learning the game, and making it a fun teaching environment for the youth players as well. WSA provides free classroom training that will provide all the rules/regulations that are required to be a recreation soccer referee for the Washington Soccer Academy.
The Recreation Referee program is for ages 14 and older.
