Washington Soccer

The Washington Soccer Association (WSA) is dedicated to fostering a fun and valuable experience for all of our players and families.

Development Programs

Pee Wee

Our Pee Wee program is designed for little kickers age 4 to 6 to develop a passion and love for the game. Offered in the fall, WSA Pee Wee soccer serves as an introductory path to development recommended by the United States Soccer Federation. With a focus on small sided games, this program promotes players getting as many touches on the ball as possible ensuring a measurable difference in their progression. Weekly 60 minute sessions are typically comprised of fun activities, games and scrimmages.

Recreational

The WSA partners with the Franklin County Soccer Association to offer youth players age 7-18 an opportunity to be active, build confidence and learn fundamental soccer skills. Offered in the fall, our recreational program is intended to develop players regardless of their competence level based on criteria sponsored by the United States Soccer Federation. Within this setting, playing time and participation is guaranteed. No tryouts are necessary to join a team. The recreational schedule provides weekly practices and games for players and teams.

Marbach United FC

Marbach United FC (Marbach) is the extension of the WSA devoted to developing players and teams in a competitive environment. The essence of Marbach is to further the WSA’s mission of developing each player to their highest potential at the local, state, collegiate, national or professional level. Marbach has a high standard of value and execution which is monitored by a board of directors. The board ensures greater accountability and commitment from players, parents and coaches. If you are a parent or coach and want to learn more about how Marbach can assist in your child or team’s development, please email the director.
