Exciting Coaching Additions: Jamie Swanner & Jose Ogaz Join Our Staff!

We are thrilled to announce that Jamie Swanner and Jose Ogaz are joining our coaching staff as goalkeeper trainers! Beginning in the spring of 2025, they will lead training sessions for both our competitive and recreational players, bringing their experience and expertise to help our goalkeepers develop and excel.

Meet Our New Goalkeeper Trainers

Jamie Swanner

A former professional goalkeeper with an outstanding career, Jamie Swanner brings decades of experience to our coaching staff. He was a member of the 1984 U.S. Men’s National Team and represented the country in the 1984 Olympics, showcasing his talent on the international stage. After his collegiate career at Saint Louis University, Jamie went on to excel in both outdoor and indoor professional leagues, earning a place in the Indoor Soccer Hall of Fame. Beyond his playing career, Jamie has dedicated himself to coaching, helping goalkeepers at all levels refine their technique, improve their decision-making, and build confidence in goal. His elite playing background and extensive coaching experience make him a tremendous addition to our team.

Jose Ogaz

Jose Ogaz is an accomplished goalkeeper and coach who is currently playing for the St. Louis Ambush in the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL). With a strong background in player development, Jose has worked with goalkeepers at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, helping them build the technical skills and mental toughness required for success. Known for his ability to connect with players and develop well-rounded goalkeepers, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to our program. His passion for the game and commitment to coaching will be a fantastic asset to our club.
